Make sure you have a current version of NannyPay.  Tax laws change every year, and your calculations will be inaccurate if you are not using the correct version of NannyPay.  See  About NannyPay for the current version of your software, and the Registration and Technical Support section for how to order the current version of NannyPay.

Essentia Software Corp. designed NannyPay software to calculate withholding tax for household employees.  As a result, the program has certain limitations.  They are:

NannyPay does not  print checks.  Sorry, you'll have to write your checks manually, or upgrade to NannyPay Staff Edition, which does include check printing capabilities.  See the Quicken documentation on its export function for more details.

NannyPay does not support miscellaneous deductions such as pensions and other benefits.  For domestic employees, this feature is probably irrelevant.  If you wish to enter miscellaneous deductions enter them as an adjustment (plus or minus) to gross or net pay,  See Set Up Screen (Other Deductions) and  Payroll Check Screen.

NannyPay is a single employee program.  NannyPay assumes that you only have a single employee at one time.  If you require multiple employee capability, please upgrade to NannyPay Staff Edition.
