Ordering and Registering NannyPay
NannyPay is sold on a one-year (365 days) subscription basis beginning on the date you purchase NannyPay. To purchase a NannyPay subscription, click "Purchase NannyPay Online" under the Help Menu or, if your copy has expired, on the Expiration Screen. Essentia Software Corporation uses the Kagi Payment Processing Service to process your order. Essentia uses Kagi because it is fast and provides Essentia customers with the most payment options. You may also purchase NannyPay directly from our web site at www.nannypay.com by following the "Order" links. Kagi is a secure payment system.
Shortly after you purchase NannyPay from Kagi, you will receive an email invoice that contains your user name and registration key in addition to your payment information. To physically register your software, click on "Register NannyPay" under the Help Menu or on the Expiration Screen, and you will be presented with a dialog box. The easiest way to enter your user name and registration key is to copy it from your invoice and paste it into the appropriate place in the dialog box. Once you have entered the user name and registration key, NannyPay is registered. Your registration key will expire in 365 days from the date of purchase at which time you may purchase a new subscription. NannyPay will warn you 14 days before your subscription expires. If you choose not to resubscribe to NannyPay, you will still have access to your payroll records for maintenance and reporting purposes; however, NannyPay will not permit you to calculate additional payroll transactions.
Customer service and technical support is available from Essentia Software via e-mail at techsupport@nannypay.com. Telephone support is available on a fee per incident basis. Check our web site at www.nannypay.com for support packages and prices.
